Can I try for free?
Yes, you can try PawsAdmin for free for 30 days. We do not require a credit card at signed-up, and there is no obligation or fixed-term contract.
Do I need to pay extra for retail?
All PawsAdmin packages come with the Retail component for free.
What is considered a service? Should I choose 'All Set' or 'Get Started'?
A service, such as grooming, boarding, daycare, training, and so on, is what your pet business provides. All PawsAdmin packages come with the Retail component for free.
If you offer a single service, 'Get Started' is the best package to signed-up for. If you offer more than one services, 'All Set' is the best package to signed-up for. Both packages have no growing fees.
Do I pay extra for multiple users?
There are no extra fees based on the number of users. You can create any number of admin accounts, reception/team accounts, groomer/trainer/walker accounts, and clock-in clock-out people accounts.
Do you offer any discounts? Do you offer annual subscriptions?
Yes, you will receive a 10% discount when signed-up for a year of service. We also offer an additional 30% discount for non-profits.
Is there a set up fee? Can you help me import the customers and pets?
No, we do not charge a set up fee. You can import the customers and pets using our set up feature, or email our support team.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Can I change my plans later? What if I decide to cancel?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you no longer wish to use PawsAdmin, you may cancel at any time.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
We support and appreciate all the wonderful work our non-profit organizations provide for our pets. We offer special discount pricing for qualified non-profit organizations. Contact us for details.
